My complaint:
Every day we get a call from different PHONE numbers that claim to be from card Services for MasterCard and Visa.
I pushed 1 and told the person to take our number off their list and the response I got was suck my dick and F you …. of course I hung up. These people are using your corporate name to harass and claim to be a card service. We receive these calls daily.
Suggested solution:
Please put your investigators on the use of your company name and claim to be from you. These people are ignorant and threatening to your customers .
