My complaint:
I am 76 years old and I have been a Mastercard holder for many years. About 2 months ago I was notified that my card was on hold. I called Mastercard and I was asked number of questions and was told my card was on hold. All I want is to get my
card back. I have never had this happen before. I complained to Mastersard a couple of months ago and I still waiting for a reply.
Suggested solution:
Get my card back with no hold.
