Mastercard complaint: unfairly blocked account

My complaint:

I was contacted by your fraud team to ask about transactions on my card. Your employee asked me which branch my card was associated with. This naturally confused me as a card is not associated with a branch. he then blocked my account as he said I had not answered security questions adequately.

Suggested solution:

Discipline the employee and compensate me for stress and inconvenience as I am trying to get back from the UK to France urgently.
