Mastercard complaint: Un-accetable delay in refund

My complaint:

I have sent you two recorded delivery letters without a reply, last April 2020.
On January 2 2020 I purchased a return Virgin ticket to L.A. return booking ref DJ4NSB (£462.47) your ref: VIRATL93 9322160652340,
and a further £255.OO on 3 January 2020 your ref: VIRGINMILESBYPOINTS 08444122414.

In terms of Section 75 of the Consumer Credit Act I am due for a refund of the above sums.

Please acknowledge receipt hereof and when I may expect payment in view of your failure to even acknowledge the recorded deliver letters?

By immediate refund of £717.47
