My complaint:
I made a purchase on 26 August 2020 €3, on 16 September €5 and on 17 September 2020 €10 of which the transactions were not successful. But I had deduction at my bank account. When I queried my bank they the transactions were successful. I queried merchant, lottoland they say the transactions were rejected. I used card number 5187 2001 2788 8386
Suggested solution:
I should be furnished with the truth of who has benefitted on my money between the card issuerer and the merchant.
