My complaint:
I bought a recharge ticket for 50 euro but subsequently have been unable to obtain a PCS Mastercard upon which to charge the credit purchased at a gas station in Wavre, Belgium.
It is stated online that the shop Panos in Wavre, which includes a press shop, is a location to purchase PSC cards.
However the shopattendant refused to sell me the PCS card on three separate occasions.
What am I to do and where can I get a refund if I am unable to purchase a PCS Prepaid Mastercard ?
