My complaint:
I spent 258.00 on my MasterCard. I called 2 days later and paid it off. I used it again for 282.00. My credit limit is 500. I paid 100 plus a 10.95 fee to have it post immediately. I then went to buy something for 290.00( 318.00) was available but they said I couldn’t buy it til the bank that I made the 282.00 purchase takes its money from you. Why do I have to wait for the merchants bank to take the money before I can use my card? That has 0 to do with your customer.
Suggested solution:
What ever ridiculous rules that allows reflex MasterCard to do this needs to be changed. My card is not a prepaid card I should be able to spend pay spend pay at my leisure.
