My complaint:
A hacker tracked my digital information and knew that I was expecting shipments from China. The minute I received the first one and at the same time of the delivery call. The hacker sent me a link informing me that the other shipment is still in customs and I need to pay the fees. Hence, I put my credit card information on the website. The bank sent me OTP saying to digitize your credit card. There wasn’t any information about the transaction. Then the hacker deducted 500$ a few times. The first one got accepted and the rest declined due to insufficient balance. Even though, bank should decline first one as my balance was around 200$. How does the bank accept 500$ transaction that exceeds the balance
