My complaint:

I filed a dispute with Mastercard over a $201.10 automatically charged to my credit card without my knowledge or approval by Best Buy Electronics – Pueblo, CO. I explained to a representative both in writing and on the phone that Best Buy virtually stole that money and easily since they closed during the beginning months of the pandemic and never answered their phones. I spent over six hours trying to call the Pueblo office. The Master Card’s response was that I couldn’t prove anything (I have never filed a dispute that I can recall during the years that I have been a Master Card user) and the representative said that if I did not pay Master Card the amount due they would file my information to the credit scoring agencies. I will pay the $201.10, But have dropped Master Card and will never have another one. Also, I will file complaints with BCBB and Facebook and Yelp and…. GOT THE IDEA!

I want my money back and the solution is that I have dropped Master Card
