My complaint:
ICS, the company that does the admin for MasterCard has a stupid ID ation process which does not work and is user unfriendly. I went through this process twice, they ed it was correct but still my card does not work. Infuriating!
Suggested solution:
Talk to ICS - and even better, choose another company to do Mastercard's admin processes.
