My complaint:
1 2282021. Unable to update credit card information, on hold 58min. and 47 seconds when call was answered it was immediately disconnected.
On line chat to update on hold over 25 min. waiting in the queue. On line attempts to update login invalid. Attempts to update have been numerous on other days as well in response to renewal letter dated 112021.
Suggested solution:
Have more than one phone line?
Sufficient staff, several attempts prior to Christmas vacation week.
Improve customer service.
