My complaint:

There’s a stretch of pavement ( sidewalk ) on the Hollis St. , Framingham MA, 01702 that’s in dire need of repairs. It seems that no one from the MASSDOT is doing anything about the situation.
I like to know if and when can this get resolve.
I’ve written to the Mayors office with no action.
This particular stretch of pavement has broken pieces of cement , potholes , cracks.
We have invaild and handicap people with walkers , canes , wheelchairs who resides at 317 Hollis St.
who cannot walk on this sidewalk because it makes it hard for them to maneuver around it.
May I mind you that it gets really worst when it’s rains or snows and turns into ice. Theres an accident waiting to happen.
Therefore I urge the MASSDOT to get this problem fix so that there will not be an life threatening accident. So , can someone please get this repaired.? My Thank you is in advance.

Suggested solution:

The final solution will be that this particular sidewalk will get reapair by the MASSDOT with no one getting seriously hurt , no accidents.
