Marriott complaint: horrible customer service

My complaint:

I am currently packing to leave a full 6 days early  because  my wife checked in late last night due to a mix up in flights and the room she got has a pounding noise in the wall and also is across from the elevator so people are loud. I spoke to the front desk in person and they were not empathetic at all. they said the noise would go away. the front desk woman was very poignant and stern. so I went upstairs and trying to sleep I heard the same noises. I called downstairs and Jake answered the phone I explained what happened and he hung up on me. seriously. so I am going now to find another hotel. by the way 64 rooms are available. this stinks. address , 451 creightion rd Pensacola Florida
