My complaint:
I am writing to bring to your attention an issue I recently encountered involving my stay at your Townplace Suites Atlanta Airport North. I believe it is essential to formalize this complaint to ensure it receives the appropriate attention by the relevant department.
On 9/15/2023, I stayed at your Townplace properties, I was never informed upon checking in that the AC was not working, and I was advised I can only have one key. Also, I asked was there a sofabed and I was told yes. Once I got in the room and quickly realized that how warm the room I tried to access the AC unit on the wall and keep getting error messages.
I reached out the front desk and was told i could not changes rooms. I asked to speak to the manager I told he will call me back but never did, I called to the property on 9/18/2023 to speak to the manager it took multiple attempts. I advised i wanted a refund he told me no, they are not allowed to do that.
Suggested solution:
I would like a full refund
