My complaint:
Chase
According with CFFB complaint 221103-9694431. Chase claimed that they transferred all my Credit Card 4388540088946107 reward points to his partner and my Marriot account 335499337. Points were never deposited on my Marriot account. I am not sure who is misleading Chase or Marriot. The fact is I still have just 8,500 points on my Marriot account when I should have around 77,000 points after almost 2 years using Chase Credit Card with THE PROMISSE that I would have all my points transferred to my Marriot account to be used as stay on, but it never happened.
I have tried to talk with Chase and Marriot several time in the course of this almost 2 years. They never fixed the problem.
Suggested solution:
Marriot need to fix this problem and proceed in update my points from 8,500 to the actuall points as off today should be around 85,000
