My complaint:

Go to eat breakfast at 9:20am, (checkout at 11) and someone cleared out my room, stole some belongings and left the rest at the front desk. Unacceptable. We were told sorry and a manager will have to call us later. Mrs. Norris had terrible customer service saying there must have been some miscommunication about the items left behind. Unacceptable. We did not communicate anything. We did not leave anything behind. We never checked out. We were not done with the room. This place needs a strict policy change of not clearing out rooms before people have checked out.

Suggested solution:

Change policy. Refund room.
