My complaint:
Hi my name is Natasha.. I’m never one to complain about things like this but after talking to my husband and being so very aggravated by this I decided to write to you guys. We buy Marlboro and ONLY Marlboro. We have no problem spending the extra money for the cigarettes we prefer to smoke. Every single week we buy 2 cartons to last the week ( usually end up buying at least 2 more packs as well) yes we smoke way too much. But we have never had a problem before this. We were hoping it was only going to be a single pack messed up but I just opened the last pack in the cartoon and every single pack is the same. The cigarettes are so poorly packed with tobacco that there are creases all up and down the cigarettes where there’s no tobacco at all! You are able 2 puffs and over a quarter of e cigarette is already burned up. It is very aggravating to say the least. We will not switch brands because we are 100 % for Marlboros. But this is not what we expect when buying them
Suggested solution:
As much money as we spend (I have so many receipts to prove this) honestly we should be given something back. I understand it was not intentional but like I said we buy so many cigarettes from this company I feel like it's wrong. Thank you
