My complaint:
Im a long time Marlboro brand smoker. It seems like recently the quality of Marlboro menthols have drastically decreased. The last few crush proof box purchase the boxes were not glued correctly leaving g them to fall out at anytime and the boxes that were right the cigarettes them selves have stem holes or broken tubes. It has been aggravating dealing with this issue. For the high price paid in money amd health my cigarettes should not be broken busted with stem holes of packaging falling apart. I shared this complaint on its original platform as well.
Suggested solution:
I do not know. Lower the price if you are going to lower you standards on the quality of this fine product. I am considering leaving Marlboro in the past and go with another brand which is sad because I love Marlboro but Im not being left much choice.
