My complaint:
I’ve been a fan of Marlboro beyond blue for a very long time now and is my favorite cigarettes. Unfortunately for the past 5 years now I’ve bought numerous packs where there are St least 1 or 2 cigarettes that have these chunks of tobacco in them. His makes it unpleasant to smoke and more than half of the ciggerate goes away quicker than normal.
Suggested solution:
A box of cigarettes would be fine to make up for the lost ones.
