My complaint:
I recently purchased a couple cartons of Marlboro Menthol ultra lights when driving through NH since there cheaper. I opened the first pack and after lighting thought it tasted funny, kind odd stale so took a few drags and threw it out. Opened a new pack to see if there was any difference and to my surprise it really did taste horrible and I just couldn’t smoke them. I’ve tried my friends cheap reservation cigarettes that have been better so spending that much money on stale cigarettes does make me extremely mad and super frustrated. I would like to be refunded whether it be replacing the 2 cartons processed or the money it cost to buy them!
Suggested solution:
Replace my 2 cartons or refund my money
