My complaint:
I went to 7-eleven this morning to buy a coffee and one pack of Marlboro cigarettes. I gave my $1.00 of Marlboro manufacturer coupon to the cashier and she stated we do not accept any cigarette coupons. I asked why they do not accept cigarette coupons? She stated it is because employees are stealing the coupons. I don’t understand how that could be my problem. So I did not buy any cigarettes and left the store.
Suggested solution:
7-eleven are selling and marketing Marlboro cigarettes. They should be required to take Marlboro manufacture coupons. If they refuse to take the coupons that should be fined.
