My complaint:

I bought 9 cartons of marlbro special blend cigarettes now mind u I smoke 2 packs a day and been Smoking for 15 years the store I bought them from was a small little drive thru in Columbus ohio I got them when I was out of town working on a job.i live a hour and a half from the store i got home and opened a pack and noticed that some had tears in them grabbed one that dident have a tear and lit it stale as can be every cig in pack was either stale or broken tried a diff pack same thank all nine cartons junk so the next day I drove back up there an hour and a half drive showed them the cigs and they said there was nothing they could or would do i said i want a refund or nine new cartons they argued with me so out of anger I took all 9 cartons and threw them at the guy cops were called and I lost out on close to a grand in money.

I called Marlboro and told them what had happened and they guy I talked to was very understanding he said he could not give me all my money back but he would do 300 on visa prepaid gift cards and coupon for a couple free cartons I been waiting 3 weeks now I assume that was a lie I would hate to have to change my cigarettes they make a lot of money off me I love there product but this is absolutely insane thank u

I want what the customer service guy told me 300 on visa gift car and a couple free cartons
