Marlboro complaint: In the last couple months I keep getting something that looks like sticks which makes the cigarettes taste weird and burn very fast.

My complaint:

Horrible taste and large stick like piece’s in the tobacco and the cigarettes burn fast.

Suggested solution:

Replace them . It has happened many times.
