My complaint:
I have been a loyal Marlboro Red in Box smoker for over 40 years. The new filter design is unacceptable. What was the reason for this change. More than 50% of Filters break in half befor completion.
Suggested solution:
Fix the problem and compensate me financially. I trust you will do the right thing.
