My complaint:
I have been a loyal customer of 2 packs per day for over 30 years. I don’t know what you’ve changed but the filters are no longer wrapped properly making it impossible to even take a drag. Also cherry falls off constantly snaps and pops. At nearly $10 a pack, this is unacceptable. Actually considering looking for an alternative cigarette.
Suggested solution:
Fix the problem and reimburse me.
