My complaint:
In this pandemic situation the local pan shops and cigarettes seller are providing customers with single cigarette and hence may or may not be using their infected hands. There is 99.9% chances that a person will get infected too by putting in mouth the smoking bud which shopkeeper held to take it off from packet
Suggested solution:
Instead of packaging cigarettes with their smoking buds facing upwards a company can package cigarettes with their buds facing down. In this way a shopkeeper can hold the front end of cigarettes and the bud is free from virus and hence free to put that in mouth. In this way it's safe and secure
