My complaint:
Did you change the way you make your cigarettes? Last 2 weeks wife and i have noticed that your Marlboro light 100’s special selects have been going out by themselves and the cherry’s just suddenly fall off. We have in last 2 weeks burnt three holes in house carpet, 2 holes in our vehicle, and just today cherry fell off on my 80 dollar polo under armor shirt ruining it. We are 20 years each smoking your cigarettes and never had these issues with you. What did you do???

Want to know what changed and want compensation for my shirt and something for our holes in our jeep and living room carpet. Something. Shot seams like it's made so cheaply it doesn't even stay together. Maybe we just switch to camel.
