My complaint:
There was 17 and a have cigarettes in the packet newfrom the co op shop. The half cigarette was shabbily made. These cigarettes are too expensive to be having faults like this. On lockdown and being disabled I have been stuck with them!!
Suggested solution:
I would like a credit as a gesture of goodwill at least!!
