My complaint:
i bought my boyfriend who drives a truck, 4 cartons of marlboro reds in a box shorts last week before he went out on the road for work. he called me and told me the cigarettes were stale. he didnt have a choice but to smoke them . but, he was angry, he didnt enjoy them, and he was irritated and grouchy with me the times we spoke on the phone. i thought i was doing something nice for him since he loves his marlboros so much. but his experience was really lousy due to them being stale. furthermore, my good deed turned out to be a nightmare for both of us. 165.00 to get treated like that…no thanks.
Suggested solution:
i would like to be reimbursed for the 4 stale cartons.
