My complaint:

I tried to order some flowers online to be sent to my daughter. BUT your website will not let me proceed and place the order without entering a mobile phone number. I don’t have a mobile phone and had to ask my neighbour to let me use his number.
WHAT PRAT CAME UP WITH THIS STUPID IDEA?
Don’t you lot realise that not everyone has a mobile phone?.
I’ll order any flowers I need elsewhere in future.

Suggested solution:

Sack you webmaster and replace him with someone with a bit more commin sense.
