My complaint:
So far it’s taken MS over a month to refund me £57 from a returned order. They’ve acknowledge receipt of the goods and marked the order as refunded, but not given me any money. I’ve been told it will be sorted 5 times now. I am constantly lied to saying it’s being dealt with, but it isn’t. It’s currently pretty impossible to talk to anyone there and they are now just ignoring emails.
Absolutely terrible and downright theft.

Refund me what is owed to me
