My complaint:
I have about 4 gift vouchers about £75. I tried to spend them at sears park. The gift vouchers were presents. I was told that I couldn’t spend them because they were out of date. I have always asked for MS gift vouchers for my birthday and Christmas presents as I feel the goods age of a good quality.
At no time have I ever been told that there was a time limit on the usage of-gift vouchers. I feel totally betrayed and disappointed with the store. Also sorry for my elderly aunt who always bought me a voucher for the said events, of which her money has been wasted.
Suggested solution:
The store should resolve this as they see fit, with regards polices and store goodwill. How ever I would be grateful if I could spend them
