My complaint:
I ordered a pizza bowl on 4622 through the Marco’s iPhone app. I was never credited my reward points for this purchase. I have complained about this three separate times to three local managers at the Robinson Texas store (Store No. 5200). They have repeatedly ed that I should have been credited and that Marcos corporate would correct the error. It has. Ow been over a month and I still have no resolution.
