My complaint:

I had missing items and the items that were received were cold and gross. It took over an hour to be delivered. I tried calling the store but was on hold for over 10 minutes. We were headed to a concert and couldn’t stay on hold. The other bad and inconvenient thing is we were only visiting. We were in twin for 3 days.

Suggested solution:

I want a complete refund.
