My complaint:

One of the employees stole money from me by adding a tip and scribbling a signature on my receipt. This restaurant has very horrible customer service from the management on down. Someone needs to step in and get this under control because if they did it to me then I’m sure it’s happened before.

Suggested solution:

I asked to be contacted by the GM to resolve this issue and that never happened. They simply refunded the money that was stolen with no apology or anything. It's to late for anything other than me contacting the police and my lawyer.
