My complaint:
Went through drive thorough and heard a young manager yelling. So I asked her name and she got defensive but then she finally answered her name was Nicky. She was yelling at a kid because I heard he asked a question. Way too young to be a manager. Nor do I think she should be in charge of young kids that are probably trying to gain money to afford themselves because parents can’t. Overall just a terrible experience there within the girl that served me.
Suggested solution:
Fire her or make her a normal employee. Should not be able to be in charge.
