My complaint:
We ordered dinner a little after 6 PM tonight I have the thin crust pepperoni pizza, extra sauce with Italian sausage, had pepperoni magnifico extra sauce with mushrooms at it. We didn’t get our dinner until almost 9 o’clock tonight. The pizza was ice cold no extra sauce barely any meat. The delivery driver told us he was the only one delivering food tonight, we advise someone should’ve told us this when we ordered at little after 6 PM because it took almost 3 hours to get our food. He said he also got lost but meanwhile no one never called us to advise of anything so this is really disappointing we order for Marco’s all the time and we onlyordered the same thing each time so it’s in the system both pizzas. This is a shame that we work hard for every time we receive and have just like anybody else and the quality we received was really heartbreaking. We would like somebody to contact us directly going forward.
Suggested solution:
We would like a refund, or at least for our pizzas to be remade at another date and time
