Done via complaint .biz “ I’ve been missold a hottub even worst it’s faulty ! Been sold a 6-8 persons hottub “ the user guide clearly states 4 persons !! The remote is faulty have asked for a full refund ! No . Returned the remote ) no hottub now due to remote issue ! Been told it’s sent of for investigation. . £400 spent no hottub faulty and half the size advertist ! Never ever again – I want a refund . Customer service very poor a 1 line reply which takes days to come back with “ asked for a telephone number couldn’t be given cause staff wrk from
