My complaint:
I ordered 2 standard fans from ManoMano and they arrived the boxes were open and parts missing. So I called them and emailed them told them I am going into hospital and need these items returned and no one from this company is helping they just say we need to hear back from the seller and I am still waiting and no one has sorted this out
Suggested solution:
I want a courier to collect these items quickly to return them for a full refund
