My complaint:
I ordered a table from manomano on Friday 13th Austist ! They sent a Damaged table so I was out £100 on someone assembling and dissembling the table anyway I agreed to take another table .the table took about two week to arrive and I wasn’t notified that it was being delivered that day anyway i got it anyway ..damaged again ! By this time I can’t go through all the stress again so agree to accept the table at a 10% discount .because meridian where taking so long to respond to Mano Mano about the refund Mano Mano decided to put in the 7day concrete guarantee which gave meridian til the 22092021 to pay the !13:99! They paid late they made payment on the 23rd which I have proof of I’ve also been lied to on many occasions for example I was told the refund of !126 was sent to my bank account last Friday I have loads if co clicking emails from Mano Mano but I have it in black i and white they told me they will refund me £126 but when I called yday all off a sudden the word used by the guy on the phone was “confusion “..no sorry no confusion here I have proof meridian never paid the refund by the 22nd which means they defaulted the agreement and now Mano Mano surprise surprise are trying to tell me it was all very confusing and I won’t be getting paid the. £126 before I tried to challenge him on this he hung up the love my gentleman ..think I should contact the ombudsman tomorrow as my mental health has really suffered due to all stress this is causing me
Suggested solution:
I have email proof plus they’re phone calls are recorded where on numerous times that my refund of £126 was actioned when obviously that wasn’t true I would like this all to come to and ends really soon it’s almost been 3 months ! I would like the refund I was PROMISED
