My complaint:
There were at least 4 faults with this item but MHstar have refused to arrange and pay for the return.
1 Discolourationstainmark on 1 arm.
2 two marks on 1 large cushion cover
3 writing in Material on 1 small cushion cover
4 Discolourationstainmark on bottom facia strip
I think MHstar are deliberately stalling to use up the 14 day return clause so I have activated and paid for the return via Evri – collection imminent and will need to claim this expense (£48).
Due to refusal to activate return I have arranged return via Evri – collection imminent and will need to claim cost of return.dit myself
Suggested solution:
By refunding the cost of return as well as the cost of the item.
I currently rate my experience with ManoMano as zero.
