My complaint:

A bookcase I had delivered in January was damaged. I asked for it to be collected and a refund issued. I was told once it was collected it I would have a refund within 3 days.

It took over 3 weeks to arrange a collection, it was collected 2 weeks ago and I keep being told my refund will be within 3 days, then 15 days. I can;t get through to ManoMano to speak to anyone

Suggested solution:

Refund me immediately
