My complaint:
I purchased a multi pack of malteesers for my grandchildren and was disappointed to find 3 bags empty the bags were inflated and sealed but did not have any sweets in them therefore I did not have enough bags to give them one each when they visited I felt embarrassed
Suggested solution:
I am not sure as I have never made a complaint before
