My complaint:
My wife uses lyft 5 days a week to travel to work recently
She booked a ride 12 hours in advance to get her to work
In time at 4 30 am the driver showed up at 5-5 am which
Rendered her late and is a strike against her record which
Could result in her dismissal,
Suggested solution:
Guarantee when you book a ride it will be there at stated time
