My complaint:

I was scheduled for a pick up on 6-9-22 and I was tracking the drivers progress on the app. I got a message that there was some problem so I called the driver Luis at 202-875-8818. He was very rude and said he had someone else he was dropping off and would arrive in 7 minutes. 5 minutes later I received a message that he was cancelling my ride due to medical issues?.

Suggested solution:

They should discipline the driver and try training their drivers in customer service or they'll end up not having any customers!
