Dear Sirs:

On or about 07052021 I had downloaded the app from my Delta Skymiles Platinum Member page the app for Lyft taxi service.
I never road Lyft before.
I looked for the $20.00 credit on my new Lyft account but it was not there?
On 07172021 I took my first Lyft taxi ride from the Element Hotel in Seattle, Washington to the SEATAC airport. The cost was $15.99. My $20.00 new account from DeltaLyft was still not on my account?
Your Lyft associates reply that I am not a new rider. That is not true. I never road Lyft before 07172021 which was my first and only Lyft ride.
For the tenth time, kindly credit my account the $20.00 from the DeltaLyft offer.
