My complaint:
May 2021 I ordered and paid in full for a deck at my home. My deck frame was installed just last week(11-21) , I haven’t seen anyone in 3 days, no one will returning my calls , not even lowes customer service department or the installer . The inspector improved the frame. The installer put down 2 planks and stopped.
Suggested solution:
Finish the job. Do leave a job half done. I can’t even get out my back door.
