My complaint:
The air fryer was advertised in the flyer. When we visited the store specifically to purchase the air fryer at 79.99 we were told the truck arrived without any for delivery, that we were supposed to phone other locations ourselves and there wouldn’t be a rain cheque for the item.
This is bait and switch advertising and we are not happy with the service from the store.
Suggested solution:
A store credit for 79.99 as we went to purchase the air fryer elsewhere for a birthday gift.
