My complaint:
Loblaws is profiteering on a vulnerable population. They threaten the Northern Food Subsidy program that already had one foot in the grave north of 60 well before Save on and the useless Dollarama showed up in our town. They also rigged our local food market for over a decade, keeping competitive stores closed and manipulating for exclusivity. I want Loblaws in western and northern Canada audited and investigated with a rubber glove up their ass. Find the money they stole from us and make them pay it back.
Suggested solution:
Independent inquiry into their pricing policies and reform of those policies where in error, up to and including the dissolution of Loblaws in Canada.
