My complaint:

When I called to order a pizza with light sauce, I got the on the phone to press two for English. This is America our national language is English. I shouldn’t have to press a number to speak to someone in english. Also the girl that took the order had such a heavy accent that I could not understand her. I had to ask her several times to repeat what she said so I could understand what she was saying. All that being said, I have to say I have been extremely pleased with the staff at that Little Caesars, because I am handicapped and it is very difficult for me to get into the store to pick up the pizza, so they bring it to my car for me. I really really appreciate that.

Suggested solution:

Number one. Get rid of the to have to speak to someone in english. Number two make sure when you hire someone that they can be understood when someone talks to them and they reply. Number three. It would be good on your website, if you had choices as to whether you wanted light sauce or regular sauce. I always would prefer light sauce on my pizza, so I have to call to order it that way.
